Recycled wood.

These two clocks were made by recycling wooden pallets. The wood was only lightly sanded to retain some of the colour and aging. A laser was used to cut in the dial on the second clock.

Recycled wall cabinet

This lovely cabinet was a dual project covering two units of work, recycling, and soldering. The carcass was made from an old beam of wood that was cut up into planks. The lead glass forms part of the second unit of work.

Jigsaw Cut-out

Dog outline cut on recycled pallet timber.

Resin and epoxy earings

In this unit, the student used some cracked She Oak. The cracks were filled with coloured resin and then sliced into flat cross-sections. These were shaped as required and sanded down. Epoxy was then used to create the front clear section.
